Who doesn’t love a good strawberry? Ok, maybe I don’t. Steve thinks they are the best… I feel they have to be dipped in chocolate, always. Although, strawberries stuffed with cheesecake filling are also pretty delicious! I made a whole tray of these in minutes! Easy and super cute for your Labor Day weekend festivities!
Ingredients:
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon bourbon vanilla extract
- 1 Package of strawberries
- 1 Package of blueberries
Using a hand mixer, whip the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Keep whipping until the mixture is smooth. Then spoon into either a piping bag or a resealable baggie and snip off a corner.
Cut the bottom of the strawberries, so they can stand up and core the top with a melon baller to make a little bowl.
Fill the strawberries with the cream cheese mixture. Next, top with a blueberry and you are done!
Enjoy!
