It’s been a crazy hot summer here in California and I’ve been doing everything I can to keep Olivia and I cool! If you watch my Facebook Live videos, you know there’s nothing I love more than a good bottle of wine, and what better way to stay cool than drinking a cold sangria, right? I’ll tell you what – a Rosé Sangria Slushy! It might sound fancy but I swear this recipe is sooooo easy. You can do it in minutes and it makes enough for all your guests to enjoy!
What you need:
– your favorite bottle of rose
– 3oz. of brandy
– an ice tray
– frozen berries (I used organic frozen blueberries but you can use whatever kind you prefer!)
– fresh strawberries
Step 1.
Pour your bottle of rose into as many ice trays as needed and freeze overnight.
Step 2.
Blend frozen rose, frozen berries and brandy in a blender until it is all mixed together. Should be an icy, slushy consistency.
Step 3.
Pour into glasses and serve with fresh strawberries. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the last days of summer with your sangria slushy in hand!
